SCP isn’t just about losing weight, it’s about conquering yourself.

At SCP, we’re serious about accountability. If you could just follow the plan and get results, you would’ve already done it.
We message you three times a day: morning, midday and evening.
Not just a “how did you go?” at 8pm.
In the morning, your plan is set out for you. No more trying to remember what the plan was from last night. You’re already prepped from the night before.
Midday is where most people slip. An unexpected work lunch, low energy, deadlines to meet. This is where we step in and adjust in real time so you’re not relying on bandaid solutions anymore.
At the end of the day, we review what happened, celebrate what went well, and understand how to navigate tomorrow so it’s even better.

Rohan has created in-depth training demo videos that are simple enough that you can’t mess them up. Your program also tells you exactly what exercises to do, how many sets, how many reps, and on which days.
Your coach reviews your training after every session — and trust us, we know when you’re not training hard.
If that’s not enough, to make sure you fully understand what you’re doing, we run training audit video calls, both 1:1 between client and coach, and group sessions for clients who want to learn from each other.
If you’re just starting out and still getting over gym anxiety, we get it! We guide you with machine-based workouts, controlled movements, designed to get you in and out of the gym in 45 minutes while we build your strength and confidence.
We won’t throw you in the deep end and leave you there. Our coaches work with you to overcome gym anxiety properly with hacks and mindset coaching.

Our programs are a premium service, designed for women who are serious about doing this properly. We offer a completely customised program, and around the clock, 7 days a week support.
Investment varies based on the level of support and program length, and payment plans are available.
No BS, you should feel and see changes within the first week.
Our clients lose on average 10kg in 12 weeks, but with perfect output, you could see 12kg in 12 weeks.
However, this won’t happen by accident. It happens with your daily execution and communication with your coach who is dedicated to structuring your goals and managing your progress in real time.

1. You’ll be introduced to our community group chat where you meet the clients in Team SCP and our coaches who share wins, reflections and cheer each other on everyday.
2. An onboarding link will be sent to you so we can build your custom program.
3. Your specialist coach will go through your form in detail and create a tailored plan designed around you and your lifestyle.
4. You’ll also be invited into SCP’s training app where we house all communication, nutrition and training plans.
5. Finally, we’ll walk you through the app and your program on a video call to make sure you’re completely clear and happy before starting.
Once that’s done, you’re set up for your first week of seeing results that actually match your effort.
We understand that making an investment can feel big, and speaking with a loved one can help you feel confident in your decision.

Our game plan call doesn’t guarantee selection into the team. We take that time seriously, and we expect applicants to do the same.

Rohan limits the number of clients he works with personally to protect the quality of the coaching. Because of demand, he has built and trained a team of six coaches (including a female coach) who all operate under the same SCP standards.
When you join SCP, you effectively have two coaches. Your assigned coach manages your day-to-day transformation — your training, nutrition, and three daily accountability touchpoints. The structure stays the same no matter who your coach is: flexible dieting built around your cravings, efficient no-BS training, and real-time course correction.
On top of that, Rohan remains available for higher-level 1:1 consultation calls around mindset, confidence, career growth, in-depth nutrition training, and entrepreneurship. While your primary coach runs your transformation, you still have access to Rohan’s experience and perspective throughout your time at SCP.
During your game plan call, our female transformation specialist will understand your goals and match you with the coach best suited to transforming you into the best version of yourself.

We create personalised meal plans that account for your calories properly, built around meals that you actually crave.
Based on your height, weight, and specific goals, we calculate your calories and macros for you and structure everything accordingly.
You don’t need to run numbers in your head or track obsessively. Actually, we give you full permission to delete MyFitness Pal :)
This program will not work if you are not willing to follow instructions or allow yourself to be coached.
We understand that life is not perfect and plans will change — that is expected. What matters is that you communicate with us so we can adjust in real time.
Our coaches build realistic programs around your life and refine them when needed because we want to see you succeed. Your results, however, depend on your willingness to communicate honestly, stay open to feedback, and follow the guidance provided.
Our best clients are open minded, proactive, and hungry to become the best version of themselves. If you are ready to be coached, stay accountable, and try your best everyday, this will work for you.

We can't guarantee you’ll put the work in, the same way we can’t guarantee that you will brush your teeth every night either.
We give our clients everything they need to win and we put in serious effort on our end to make sure the structure works, and we are committed to redesigning the structure as many times as it takes to fit you and your lifestyle. We hack your time, energy and life in general with the aim of designing a system so clear and simple there is no confusion around what needs to be done or if it really can be done.
At the end of the day, you still have to do your part. That means asking questions when you are unsure, attending your check-in calls, replying to messages, and engaging in the group coaching sessions. If you show up and follow the plan, you will get a result.
